How Do I Order Online?
Online Ordering is really quite easy! Just find an item you wish to buy, select a quantity and color (where applicable), and click on the "Order" button. The item you select will be placed in your shopping cart. To buy the item, click the "Checkout" button. Follow the step-by-step instructions, and completely fill out the secure order form. Click the "Checkout" button once more, and your order is complete! You will receive an e-mail order confirmation when we have processed your order.

No. Information sent via e-mail is not secure. But with our secure online ordering system your order and credit card information is encrypted to prevent anyone else from accessing your information.
Can I Order Without A Credit or Debit Card?

How Do I Check My Order Status?
You should receive a same-day email confirmation of your online order and a second e-mail confirmation of shipment when your order is filled. Do You Ship Internationally?
Yes. We are able to ship your order internationally via UPS (United Parcel Service). Shipping charges for your specific location are automatically calculated on the order page. Due to government regulations, we cannot ship exotic skin boots to some countries. Note: Levi's does not allow any U.S. Catalog to ship their products internationally.
What About Customs Charges?
You will need to pay duty or customs fees when your package arrives. Please check with your local authorities for more information on these charges.
Shipping Charges and Information
We calculate the shipping charges for you as part of the online ordering process. All shipping charges are subject to change due to variations in packaging. We ship UPS (United Parcel Service) and all methods of delivery are available and can be tracked thru your order.
Most in-stock items ship within 2-4 business days after receiving order.
Can I Return Or Exchange An Order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it for a refund or exchange. To return or exchange your purchase, please wrap the package securely, insure it, and include the invoice you received with the shipment. Please indicate the reason for return on the back of the invoice. Allow 2-3 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed. Send directly to the address shown below. Sorry, delivery charges are not refundable. Any additional shipping charges for the exchange will be charged to your account. Sorry all sales on clearance items are final, please contact us if there is a problem.
